About the hotel

What is the age limit for children?

Children from 0 to 2 years count as babies (crib). From 3 to 12 years old they count as children and if they are 13 years old or older they count as adults (age at arrival).

Does the hotel have a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi connection in the whole hotel (Wi-Fi Zone) free for customers.

Is there parking for clients in the hotel?

We have a private parking service for all our guests at a cost of 7€ per day. This service must be booked at reception on arrival, subject to availability. An easy and convenient way to have your car parked nearby without having to look for a parking space around the hotel.

Are there electric car chargers in the hotel car park?

Yes, we have a free charging service for electric cars for those guests who have contracted our parking service. This service is subject to availability.

Does the hotel provide pool towels?

Yes, we have a pool towel service. You must leave a deposit of 10€ per towel at SPAradise, which is refunded to you when you return the towel. We have a commitment to the environment, so if you want to change the tower during your stay, it will cost 0,50€ per unit.

Does the hotel allow pets?

No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

About the rooms

Do all rooms have air conditioning?

All rooms have air conditioning.

Do all rooms have a hairdryer?

All rooms have a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Do all rooms have a refrigerator?

All of our rooms have a fridge or a small minibar (empty) that you can use.

Do the rooms have a safe? How much?

Yes, the rooms have a safe. The price is 2,50€ per day.

Are there non smoking rooms?

They all are. You can’t smoke in any of the hotel rooms.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for disabled guests?

Yes, we have some adapted rooms (with wider doors, railings), but they must be requested in advance as they depend on availability.

Can I leave my room after 12:00 on the day of departure?

To leave the room later than 12:00 noon on the day of departure, you must request it at reception on the day of departure, as it depends on availability.

Do I need to provide a credit card when I arrive at the hotel?

Normally, guests must leave a credit or debit card number at check-in at our hotel, although no charge will be made. Otherwise, guests are required to leave a deposit of 200€ which will be returned on departure if there is no damage.

About the restaurants

Can I wear shorts in restaurants?

We inform you that both gentlemen and ladies must attend the dinner service wearing appropiate clothing, according to a family environment. We recommend the smart casual style.

About All Inclusive

Is the minibar service included in the "All Inclusive"?

Minibar service is not included. Drinks from the minibar have a separate charge (please contact reception for rates).

Are spa treatments included in the "All Inclusive"?

Spa treatments are not included and must be paid for separately.

What does "All Inclusive" regimen include?

Our all-inclusive service consists of buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks included with meals: water, beer, wine and soft drinks, and during the rest of the day until 11:00 p.m. + spirits, in the bars (house brands. If you want other brands, you will have to pay a supplement per drink. Please check the prices in the bars on arrival). Snacks, hot dogs and hamburguers in the bars dedicated to this service until 6:00p.m.
