IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION IN HOTEL PARADISE PARK
If your reservation includes a spa program, you must call +34 922 789 555 in order to book our Sparadise.
- Dinner: We inform you that both gentlemen and ladies should attend the dinner service using the appropiate clothing, adequate to a family Hotel. We recommend smart casual dress code.
- Payment: Payment is made on arrival when you check-in at reception. You can pay in cash(euros) or credit card. Due to the new Spanish anti fraud law, if your pending amount is 1.000€ or less, you may pay in cash (euros) or credit / debit card (visa, amex or mastercard) on arrival when checking-in. Should your pending amount be higher than this, unfortunately, it is only possible to pay via credit / debit card on arrival or prepayment through bank transfer in advance.Residents discount: The residents discount is not cumulable with any of our offers or promotions (or Amigos in Paradise members special discounts). Residency will be checked at reception on arrival with the ID of all guests staying at the hotel.
Other inquiries: RESERVATIONS DEPARTAMENT. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged the first night.

Q: Do all the rooms have safe? How much does it cost? A: Yes, all rooms have a safe. The cost per day is 2,50€.
Q: Does the hotel provide a pool towel service? A: Yes, we do have a pool towel service. You must leave a 10€ deposit per towel at reception that is refunded when you return the towels. If you wish to change your towel during your stay, this has a cost of 0,50€ per towel.
Q: Do the rooms have Wi-Fi connection? A: Yes, we do have wi-fi in the rooms free for clients.
Q: Does the hotel have a car park for clients? A: We do have a small car park free for clients (capacity for about 10 cars). There is plenty of public parking spaces around the hotel.
Q: Are there non smoking rooms in the hotel? A: All the rooms in the hotel are non smoking rooms.
Q: Do all rooms have air conditioning? A: All rooms have air conditioning.
Q: Do all the rooms have a hairdryer? A: All rooms have a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Q: Do all the rooms have a fridge? A: All rooms have a fridge or a small minibar (empty) that you can use.
Q: Is the minibar service included in the "all inclusive" package? A: Minibar service is not included in the package. If you want the minibar filled with drinks, this has a charge (please contact reception for prices).
Q: Are spa treatments included in the "all inclusive" package? A: Spa treatments are not included and must be paid separately.
Q: What is included in the "All Inclusive" board basis? A: "All Inclusive" means you have breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between hours (snacks include hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pastries, etc). Drinks are also included (soft and alcoholic drinks, local brands. If you want other brands that are not included, you must pay a supplement that depends on the drink. Please ask at the bar/restaurant on arrival). You can enjoy the "All Inclusive" from 10am to 11pm.
Q: Can I request a late check-out on departure date? A: Late check-outs depend on availability and can only be confirmed the day before departure. Therefore, this can only be requested when you arrive at the hotel at reception. The cost is 50 euros.
Q: What are the age limits for children? A: A child from 0 to 2 years old classes as a baby (cot). From 3 to 12 years old he will class as a child and if he is 13 years or older, he will class as an adult (age is checked on arrival).
Q: Does the hotel have adapted rooms for disabled guests? A: Yes, there are a few adapted rooms (wider door, handrail in shower) but these must be requested in advance as this depends on availability.
