What's the hotel driving direction?
Go south by the TF-1 and take the Los Cristianos exit. Continue driving straight down until you find a big roundabout, make a left a keep going straight up by a small hill and you'll find the hotel 500 meters ahead, it's a white building whith a big green logo at the top. Map

Are children allowed in the hotel?
Yes and the children 50% rate goes from 2 to 12 years old (only in apartments and doubles with lounge). Babies are free.

Do you offer activities for the children?
Yes, there are an entertainment team that organizes the activities (games, mini-disco, etc).

What types of rooms do you have?
Apartments, Double rooms, Double rooms with lounge, Junior Suites and Executive Suites.

Do the rooms feature air conditioning?
All of our rooms, except for the apartments (ceiling fan), have air conditioning.

How many restaurants are in the hotel?
There are three restaurants and three pool-bars. Atlante, Tenerife (buffet), Strelitzia and Atlantic, Teide and Atlántida.

What's the timetable of the meal plan?
Breakfast: from 6:30 to 9:30; Lunch: from 12:30 to 15:00; Dinner: from 18:30 to 21:30.

What basis do you offer?

How much is the Amigos in Paradise Disccount?
It's 5% from the total. The customer must show the AIP member card at the hotel reception in order to get the disccount.

How far is the hotel from the beach?
It's a 15 minute walk but you can also take our shuttle bus to the beach.

Where does the shuttle bus stops?
In Playa de Las Vistas, Los Cristianos.

Which is the shuttle bus shedule?
For departures: Every 30 minutes from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 17:30.
For pickups: Every 30 minutes from 9:45 to 13:15 and from 15:45 to 17:45.

How many pools are in the hotel?
6 pools. 2 in the main building, 1 in the solarium, 1 natural pool next to the main building and 2 at the Atlantida.

Do you have WiFi?
There's WiFi available on the second floor area and it works with prepaid cards. The 24 hour card is 10,30 euro and the 1 hour card is 5 euro, you can find them at the reception.

Do you have a currency exchange service?
Yes, at the reception.

Does the room has a jacuzzi?
Some of our Executive Suites have jacuzzis.

Do you have laundry service?
Yes, we do.

What type of beds do you have?
Twin beds but some double beds are available on request.

Is there a safe in the room?
Yes and they can be used by paying 2,10 € per day.

No, but you can rent one at the reception (20 € deposit + 20 € per week)
