Pues si tienes dudas con respecto al Hotel, creo que vas a poder disiparlas rápidamente con estas dos fuentes de información:

la primera, nuestros resultados de calidad, que puedes ver en este enlace...Resultados de Calidad de mes de Mayo. Como puedes ver estamos en el 90% sobre 100% en casi todos los apartados.

la segunda, que al hacer la reserva a través de la web te asignamos siempre vista piscina y las mejores habitaciones, por lo que no vas a tener problema con la calidad de la unidad que reserves.

Espero que estos argumentos sean suficientes para ti, si no te invito a que visites el hotel cuando quieras sin compromiso y te enseñamos alguna habitación para que compruebes por ti mismo que la galería de fotos es fiel a la realidad.

Además ten en cuenta que en agosto tienes disponible el centro de ocio Atlántida (con varias piscinas) y se van a preparar diversas actividades específicamente para familias.

Los niños hasta 2 años se consideran una "cuna" que puedes seleccionar en el motor de reservas al hacer tu reserva de habitación. Estas "cunas" no tienen ningún coste. El niño de 6 años cuenta como "niño".

If your daughter is 12 years old when you make your reservation, she is classed as a child. If you make your reservation via website, first child doesn't count.

that means the beverages served during those meals are limited to the ones that appear in the all inclusive board. If you book all inclusive, the drinks available are the ones that appear in the "all inclusive beverages list". Any drinks that aren't listed are not included.

It is possible to reserve one night. All you have to do is pick the type of room, number of people, board and set the dates. It is currently working, please try again, there should be no problem.

As for the double room with lounge, it does have a small kitchen area.

Hi, you can go for Calle Hawaii, that is the street where the main entrance is situated. If you have to give directions to a driver when you get here, you can give the name of our hotel and address that appears at the bottom of the website (Avenida San Francisco, Los Cristianos, Arona, 38650. Tenerife) and the driver will know where to take you without problems.

You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus or by taxi.
Taxi: the approximate cost is 25 euros.
Bus: goes from outside arrivals to los cristianos. Once there, the bus stop is 10 minutes away from our hotel, but we suggest you take a taxi from there to the hotel if you are carrying luggage.
