The producers and writers of the show "Lost" (Perdidos), one of the award-winning productions on worldwide television, have been invited to Tenerife, in order for them to know the islands possibilities as a place to shoot. In Spain, the championship has nearly 100 million viewers. This year it will be broadcasted again by Spanish National TV, Channel audience leader in 2009 in our country.

The sponsorship of "Tenerife 40 Pons" as main sponsor means the name and logo of the island will appear outstandingly on the fairing of the motorcycle, as well as breastplates and helmets of the pilots.
