I'd just like to say the stay at your hotel was 1st class. Although the room could do with a bit of TLC which didn't bother us at all I'd like to say the staff were brilliant. I couldn't fault them. Always with a smile and very pleasant. Clean towels everyday, room always clean, good food. What more does anyone need. I will certainly go back and recommend it to my friends. The bus service was excellent with a perfect gentleman to help us on the bus, not that I needed it. I would say it was the best place I've ever stayed. Thank you all for making our stay one of the best.

I am writing to thank the hotel and its wonderful staff for making our recent holiday there so memorable. From the chambermaid (Hong Mei) to the restaurant (David Gomez)to the receptionists - all were efficient, friendly and welcoming. The minibus service to the beach was a godsend and the driver was such a gentleman - helping everyone on and off the bus with old-fashioned courtesy. The food was unbelievably good with such a huge variety always on offer. A hotel I will most certainly visit again.

Hi,

Shorts are not allowed for men during the evening meals. However, during the summer months, dress shorts are allowed for men.

Hi I was wondering if you could help me can you please tell me the dress code for eating in the restaurants are shorts allowed as long as they are not swimming shorts? Or has it to be trousers?

hello, we are wanting to book to come to this hotel from the 31st august (this year 2012) we are going to be booking with thompson. on their website it states that there are only twin rooms available, would we be able to book with yourself to ugrade to a superior double room? thank you emma
