Pitbull in concert in Tenerife, 23rd June 2012

The Cuban rapper Pitbull will perform in Tenerife as part of his “Planet Pit World Tour 2012 on the 23rd June 2012 in Golf Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife. This will be his first visit to the island.

Pitbull has sold millions of singles, such as the double platinum “I Know You Want Me”, “Rain Over Me” with Marc Anthony, “On The Floor” with Jennifer Lopez, “International Love” with Chris Brown or “Give Me Everything” with Ne-Yo.

The Concert in the south of tenerife will be placed in Golf Costa Adeje, the tickets are available in ticketmaster and the prices between 27 and 40 EUR.

Sting in concert in Tenerife, 30th June 2012

Santa Cruz de Tenerife will host the next june 30th the concert of the british artist Sting, that will be, together with the one taking place in Ibiza in june, the only spanish dates of his world tour "Back to Bass".

Sting, former lead singer of legendary rock band the Police, will perform at the Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez, as have other great artists like Shakira, Juanes and Maná. The capacity is limited to 14,000 people and tickets can now be purchased at www.tickermaster.com at 50 euros each.

Cirque du Soleil in Tenerife in January 2013

The show "Joy" by Cirque du Soleil, visits the island of Tenerife in January 2013.

Cirque du Soleil will come for the first time to the Canary Islands next January 2013, presenting their show "Joy", a critically acclaimed production all over the world. It will be held in the "Pabellón Insular Santiago Martín", which will offer nine functions between 13th and 20th of January.

'Joy' means happiness, joy and fun and offers the most impressive stunts that can be seen.

It's a classic within the "Cirque du Soleil" and an internationally acclaimed production that has entertained over 10 million people worldwide. It consists of a cast of 55 artists and musicians who come from 17 different countries.

The show contains the syncro trapeze acrobatics and intense and energetic acrobatics on high-rise trapezes where aerialists fly and swing over 12 meters high. The plinton act is vibrant and consists of a choreography brilliantly executed on trampolines hidden under the stage. In Russian bars or balance bars, artists fly through the air making spectacular leaps and spins, landing on bars supported on the sturdy shoulders of their teammates.

Arona International Music Festival 2012, From 14/02/12 to 25/02/12 @ Los Cristianos

From Tuesday 14/02/12 to Saturday 25/02/12, the Arona International Music Festival will take place at the Auditorio Infanta Leonor in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

A series of concerts, expositions and actvities will take place during these days.

All acts will take place in the Infanta Leonor Auditorium in  Los Cristianos (limited entry) at 8pm, except for the act taking place on 14/02/12 that will be in Plaza de la Pescadora in Los Cristianos;  and the one taking place on 21/02/12 that will be in the Plaza del Auditorio Infanta Leonor.
