Apartments do not have a microwave. If you would like to upgrade to a colonial suite, the price is +35 euros per person & day. Apartments do not have air conditioning, they have a fan. Apartments are the only units that have not been refurbished. As for the cots, all you have to do is ask for them at reception. Do you have lifts to the rooms, do they have a microwave and how much is it to upgrade to the colonial suite on the 7th floor. Also do they now have aircon now that they have been refurbished. which is what we stayed in last year. We are travelling with 2 adults, one baby and a toddler who is 2. Would we be able to have 2 cots if we request this. El régimen TI incluye la entrada al parque de ocio Atlántida donde hay servicio de todo incluído, pero no incluye la entrada al Spa situado en la primera planta del hotel (edificio principal).
